Paul Sporer and I have each have had health and technical issues over the past 10 days, but we got together to discuss the extensions in Atlanta, pitching signings in Arizona, Los Angeles, Seattle, Milwaukee, and Texas, and some recent hot stove rumors.
A look at Brad Boxberger – I’ve had my eye on Boxberger as a fantasy prospect since his days in Cincy. I’m fairly excited to see how he fits in with the Rays because his skill set offers some decent potential.
I reviewed what I don’t like about how Chris Johnson is being panned in fantasy analysis
I also held a chat, recorded twopodcasts. Thanks for your continued patronage and support.
Episode 3 of the Towers of Power Baseball Hour is now up for your listening pleasure. Clayton Kershaw’s signing finally gave Paul Sporer and me something to talk about. Also discussed on this show: John Axford’s issue with tipping pitching, starting pitchers who changed their process in the second half of the season, players threatening to retire, how the Derek Holland injury changes things in Texas, and more.
Thank you for your support on iTunes and please consider ranking us if you have not yet already done so.
After getting through the holidays and technical issues, Paul Sporer & I were finally able to record the latest episode of our podcast. The embedded audio player is available below. The show is also availablevia iTunes, and the RSS feed for you to put into your favorite audio player is available here.
I now co-host two podcasts – one that covers real baseball and one that covers fantasy baseball. My co-host for the Towers of Power Baseball Hour is Paul Sporer and for the Sleeper & the Bust Rotographs podcast at Fangraphs, I team up with Eno Sarris. Both shows record on a weekly basis and thrilled to be co-hosting with two very talented individuals.
